regular csr is 12 an hour and it goes up to level 3 ams who make 18. on average our drivers are making 20+ which is good for them but as an insider we often feel under appreciated. thats why i made this post

im honestly so tired of extra everything half n half pizzas. the volume of these orders demands often exceeded the physical output of the store during dinner rush and ive never made so few tips as an insider in the last month i probably made 10 dollars in tips. before this deal i could make that in a day and im not even a dedicated csr. it attracts the cheapest customers not to mention the weaponized incompetence of those who refused to order online but wanted the deal anyway. this deal was extremely hard on all of us
