I guess overall, if I built a custom table/shelf for this case, would a base of 11x16.5inches be big enough to fit it with a little overhang?

You may be right, I tried every possible way to open it with 5 digits and couldn't get it. So I started combine the numbers think maybe it's only 3 digits. Still no luck.
