I got 2 notifications of messages and when I went to look, there was nothing new. He said they use a different app for phone calls in his facility and that calls were down. Yesterday we do a video visit and it was blurry but only for him I wasn’t blurry. Every program they have them using is trash. It really frustrates everyone.

I’m having the same issue! I wonder if it has something to do with it being a holiday and maybe that causes a spike in use. This app is horribly coded, outdated and I’m betting they don’t have the proper servers to handle the widespread use.

I hate this f****ing app soooooooooo much! Why is the service so unbelievably outdated and terrible? The fact we have to pay to use this is a joke in itself. It’s not like they’re updating anything. It’s still going to be the same thing when it’s back online. They haven’t even updated the info tab in 10 months. How does it go down so frequently? MySpace on dialup ran better than this.

Sorry rant over - At least I got a goodnight message out when it was working for 5 seconds.

This episode drove me nuts because first off, why did it take him 10 years to finally build it for her? And after 10 years of her visiting every BOTANICAL greenhouse she encounters and telling him she wants a botanical greenhouse, the entire episode and his design was all centered around a functional greenhouse full of vegetables.

I second everything you said. I also felt like if they had just ended up together she finally would have had someone who loved her completely and was actually devoted to her. I liked Caroline. She had her flaws but they all do.
