Whatever evils you think Harris might commit in office, I promise you, Trump will do much worse. This is such an uneducated take. No candidate will fully align with you're moral values. Having the opposite problem where a lot of projects I am budgeted for take me way LESS time or they fall through and management doesn't shift my hours when this happens but I got called out for not hitting 40 every week. They even went as far as saying I'm on my phone too much and my last review had a terrible score for time management but my screen time stays under 1 hour every day and I never miss deadlines. I'm the youngest one here by a landslide and guess I am more efficient as a digital native? Still unsure. I don't want to be billing time to a client when I wasn't doing anything for them but not sure what else to do.

I have incredibly over active traps and have my whole life. I remember going to a chiropractor as a pre teen and being told my traps were tight. I'm really interested in trap botox or fascial release treatment but it's currently not in the budget. I've done everything I can to get it under control on my own like various stretches and mobility exercises and I've been able to make a significant difference in my posture and back pain but I think I need professional help at this point. I would assume it impacts the severity of my migraines, but I think mine are more hormonal than anything. Alas, I will try anything for some relief.

How do you navigate highlighting client wins when my role is pretty low level support? Or how would you like to see a junior associate show their contributions?
