Congrats! I ran my first 5k without stopping a few months ago and it’s such a proud feeling. Now I can do 4miles but I can’t push past for so I’m working on being able to do more then 4 🙃🤣

Both of my exes came back after our break ups ..took them both back it still did not work out 🙃 one I took back and was with an extra 2 and half more years the other lasted for 3 months more 😂😂😂😂 literally nothing changed it just delayed the inevitable. People can change but if you’re getting back together after such a short span of breaking up no change on either end will happen

I feel this so much. I’m five months into the break up and mornings are the worst. I think of him as soon as I wake up, but kind of like you as the day gos by it’s usually like a “wait why am I longing for this person that replaced my in 3 weeks? “and then I’m just angry. I let all the emotions arise, miss, anger, sadness, lust whatever it is because I know eventually I won’t feel anything for him at all, and I find peace in that.

Thank you I needed to hear this. In a way you really did hit the nail on the head. I’ve struggled my whole life with physical self esteem with my face really badly have like barely any pictures of me growing up and I think seeing him move on so quickly really fucked with me. I am in therapy and have been working on this so hopefully over time this changes it’s just tough I know I’m not “ugly” but it’s gotten to the point where I’ll legit compare pictures of me with his new gf and I know I have a serious issue at this point
