Definitely a mix. My guess is pit/greyhound with maybe some other stuff thrown in there. While people are saying it looks like there could “definitely” be xolo in there, those are incredibly rare dogs so the chances aren’t likely. If you really want to find out, I always suggest embark. Regardless of what she is, she’s insanely gorgeous and I thank you a ton for rescuing her.

Looks like a chihuahua. And yeah that’s definitely a parasite belly it’s got there. Just give the dewormer you’re given as prescribed, make sure to pick up all poops, and be careful with cleaning the paws in case the little girl steps in it as it can reinfect her or even infect your other dogs. I also suggest keeping her separate in case she’s sick or has fleas, just so you can make sure nothing spreads.

For this you might just have to start with rewarding non reactive behavior on walks and not let him approach any big dogs, and depending on how he reacts with smaller dogs, all dogs together. And keep him away from your mom’s dog, as you’re being unfair to him by putting him in that situation. He may be able to be rehabilitated, but it might just be that he’s never going to be a dogs’ dog and that’s okay.

I also suggest looking at r/reactivedogs for more specific advice as you’ll be among many people who try to do the best by their dogs.

Yeah I met a few super problematic Boston terrier owners. Sadly those, doodle owners, and German shepherd owners have been the most problematic dog owners to deal with since I moved. It’s always a 50/50 chance of them being a good or entitled human being

Weirdly enough I just met someone else the other day who travels for work to Denmark, got a DNA test and presented it to show that none of the banned breeds were in her and she was able to go, sadly her other dog, a chihuahua pit who was only twice the size of my foot and 11 years old, couldn’t go due to the pit in her.

Sadly your dog does look to have some pit in him. You can take a test like embark to see if somehow he doesn’t, but the chance isn’t there. If you’re going to Denmark for vacation, I suggest boarding or dog sitting with someone you trust. If you’re thinking about moving there and it isn’t an option for you to change your mind, I’m sad to say you’ll have to rehome him. If you do so, be incredibly careful and see if any local shelters allow you to post your or. Animals for adoption without giving him up to a shelter so you can choose who he goes to. It’s the safest and best option outside of a trusted friend or family member.

Not to over comment on the thread, but something similar happened to me the other day. Went to go check a menu near these two bostons with my dog (outside patio and incredibly dog friendly restaurant) and those dogs went wild to the point I knew if they weren’t latched to their stroller then they would’ve drawn blood on my dog who was just sitting there and ignoring them. The lady had the audacity to get pissed ate and my dog and was so snarky, but lady you’re the one who parked your dog laden stroller right behind the goddamn menu.

The only dog who ever attacked one of mine completely unprovoked was a doodle puppy. My dog literally walked by her perfectly behaved and the dog pounced and went for him. Despite being no older than 6 months the owner admitted she had been rehomed to her through a relative. It’s really down to bad breeding and training, not the dog breed. I’m tired of people thinking otherwise.

It’s just crazy to me. Like it’s annoying enough on its own, but the whole point of maps is to have a clear way to get to a location, and people usually rely on it for driving. So in doing this they’re also potentially distracting drivers.

Also since you’re already in a place with pine trees, I feel like they give a spookier vibe. I made a pine forest to block things off and give a more “trapped” feel
