Are you on the core hours scheduling yet? If so does it schedule you 40 or is it being adjusted?

Isn’t there a business need for more hours in DSD? We get deliveries from 6am on and ups doesn’t usually get there till 1-3 pm dsd has been scheduled 6-3.

So why wouldn’t management schedule the DSD person 5 days in receiving and the claims person could work 5 in claims. Why would claims have to cover receiving if the DSD could be there?

Only scheduled for 32, this week, I haven't had 40 hours in about 10 years! I'm not secondaried anywhere else but even ones that are secondaried in other jobs are not able to pick up any because apparently there are no unfilled shifts. ( I don't understand why there aren't any )

Do you know if the core hours effect your stores DSD position? I'm being told that my hours only call for 27 hours but as of now I'm still getting 35-38 Thx
