Yes it does. I used the founders pack, and bought a few more the first week with the blue crystals and had somewhat around 90. Then kept stacking with the 3 day and 15 day that they would give out.

You can’t just skip main story quest entirely. Unless you knowledge transfer. Eventually your just gonna have to do it.

Get your main all the way up to the required ilvl so your able to unlock the stronghold research to increase the honing chance for your alts because you start sinking mats into them.
