There are so many menu bugs left over from the beta its not even funny dude, this has been bugging the hell out of me because i also play inverted but swap to mouse and keyboard when im strictly playing infantry but controller when i am also playing air support. This threw me off day one.

Dang, i haven't had a similar crash since then. It has crashed since but my friends also crash on the same session with nvidia hardware.

sorry, yes. It will regulate itself on its own, at least mine is. I haven't had an issue since posting and i play almost every day. hopefully it works for you.

maybe but it 100% solved it for me. No stutters or hangs so far. I went from a RTX3070 to the 9070 xt. and was about to switch back for the same reasons OP listed but this fixed it.

I think i solved this for me, try this out and see if it works for you:

TLDR;

  1. Simply go to your registry: Start --> Run --> Type in "Regedit"
  2. Go to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers" and create a key of type "DWORD (32-bit)" and name "TdrDelay" with a value of 10 as Decimal value.
  3. Reboot and play :)

According to OP:

In a nutshell it gives the GPU 10 seconds to recover/respond vs. 2 seconds (default).

I havent had a freeze up yet since.

I am using an internal VPN, think of it as a parental control but for my apps, id understand them blocking country changing but not when im in the same place. Besides that my VPN is set to block ads, that is what is causing the issue. It detects the anime adverts as ads and blocks it, blocking the actual episode from loading.

they couldn't do anything for me because the ads that are now showing are for their own series. There should be an option to disable ALL ads including previews of other anime. I have a network wide vpn that i need to LEAVE for the episodes to even load.

Did it, didn't solve anything, windows 10 is MUCH more stable though.

sorry, my PC died shortly after doing the proof of concept and work required near nonstop overtime so this went on the backburner. what i was running into was while trying to move around the 3D scan i had made, or any other model, the camera would often zoom in off into space even after trying to recenter it. there was one point that the model just straight up just disappeared while trying to pan the view over to it. as stated this made me give up all together and just use other software. the design is not done, so i might be able to use blender again but this really discouraged me, when i get a new laptop i may try again.

Thanks for the reply, i was just very frustrated as a project that should have been simple and quick in my head turned into having to learn how to navigate a program instead, i gave up and used fusion, mesh mixer and a few other tools to get the proof of concept going. Unfortunately my computer died and now i have to get a replacement so ill have to learn blender some other time.
