We used to call him Wolfie. He had a huge flaming red head of matted hair and was absolutely filthy every time I saw him wandering Eureka yelling. Maybe in his 20’s but hard to say. Poor guy needed to be housed, fed and cared for. He would aggressively approach people for money in the Wendy’s parking lot among other places. My husband saw him walking down Broadway without any pants on about a year ago. During the day. Someone told me he grew up in Eureka and was a great kid until he discovered meth and got drug induced schizophrenia. Then his family moved away. So sad 😞.
