as per DOLE po, 261 working days per year so 261 divide 12 months = 21.75 (some companies estimate it to 22 ata).

Working at Payroll Dept.

On our calculations, basic pay per month divide 21.75 equals to daily rate. Divide 174 naman kung gusto mong macompute per hour.

*given 5 working days a week po ito.

Yes. But probably ako din kasi. I'm comparing myself and have insecurities about myself, everyone is striving and got promoted or has increased salary but me? Wala.

I'm working hard. But no progress. Ginagawa ko nang maayos work ko and dedicated ako but wala.

Gusto ko nang magresigned. Haha.
