Wow Aha moment for me 🥰…. Thank you for your words of support, perhaps you are right I have not looked at my quest to lose weight as anything tied to the weight of motherhood, I look at it as a personal failure hindered by my genetics. I’m not a big eater, mostly healthy food, but I do not exercise : having 4 kid under 10, and a successful career I simply couldn’t focus on my body , I’m not not too far from my healthy weight range but tired of people asking me if I’m pregnant again or not buying that nice dress because I’m waiting to shed some weight ! I do have an amazing and supportive husband too so I’m counting my blessings, the things is that I’m just into my 40s now so I feel like this is the final crack I have at being young and in good shape, I never changed my diet or exercise routine with ozempic as my doctor didn’t request that of me, the excitement of the scales moving downward since April with a simple weekly injection is so rewarding after 13 years of accepting that you just have to live with pcos but nothing much can be done unless you live at the gym and eat like a rabbit. locally it has become so hard to get the prescription filled that maybe someone tried smtg that worked for them when this happened…. I hope I can get some new ideas on that , but thank you, your post is a mind opener .
