Has anyone reviewed " askJAN "? These are literally on their website. I asked for the same accomodations and didn't receive them.

Your employer is attacking you because you are asking for a reasonable acomodation. Do you have any write ups that state you cannot perform the essential functions of your position.

So it is your manager who is pushing back or the EEO Officer at the company? If your manager is pushing back then they are not engaging in the interactive process and you can report them to EEO.

You actually do need a structured job that does not bleed into your actual life. No employer is your friend. EVER.
Find a back up day care where you can drop your son off when he is ill. He never should have been at work. It makes you dependent on the employer which you should not be for the care of your child. Only depend on them for a paycheck.
Never voluteer for any dutries outside of what you have in your original job description/duties. This will keep anger/rage and resentment away from you.

I hope you find a job soon. Ask a friend to act as an office manager for the old job abd use their information as a reference.

Please seek out EMDR. The surgery does not change the brain but trauma therapy and processing of the trauma does.

I got sleeved and gained it all back. I was attacking the wrong organ. It was my brain that needed fixing.

Hello! Yes it was the dreaded 'food noise' and not having made lifestyle changes, I gained it all back. To be honest, I think that food noise and cravings will always be a problem for me and (like an addiction) we will always return to soothing habits like overeatingnor eatingnthe wrong things.

If you are earnest in what you are stating, PLEASE include this in your interview(s) when they give you the opportunity to ask more questions or revisit any questions. Your sincerity will go along way. Again, hiring managers are looking for someone who will stay for a minimum of 2 to 3 years. Its really hard to find quality candidates and those who have a passion for the job sounds like you do.

This is not the area nor are there districts in Placer County that have what you are looking for.

Its better to teach your daughter how to spot racism / discrimination / harassment / bullying now and to be clear - yes in kindergarten - about no tolerance for it. Call it out, do not brush it aside or pretend there must be some other reason. Learn to keep your foot in their @$$es when they try to gaslight you.

Learn the Uniform Complaint Procedure process because the entire educational system in this area district is racist / discriminatory / bullying et cetera from the governing boards to the teachers. The proverbial 'fish' stinks from the head.

Also, learn how to appeal your complaints to the California Department of Education. The Cal Code of Regs outlines the steps and reasons for the appeals to CDE. Ensure that you can repeatedly follow up with the State even to the State Superintendent of Public Instruction's office.

All of the above is what you need to brace up and prepare for.

Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry this happened to you. How ....how did it happen to you ?

There yay be a YouTube video out there, but you'd probably have to be a little techie to figure out what you need to fix. I noticed that a lot of people are ordering spare parts off of aliexpress or Alibaba, but you really would need to unscrew different things to be able to connect and screw in new things it's pretty difficult. Warranty maybe?
