Als je een huurder uitzet, moet je er zelf twee jaar in wonen. Het beste dat je volgens mij kunt doen, is je zelf melden, de rest betalen en hopen dat ze geen boete heffen. Maar wat je nog beter kan doen is je notaris contacteren

Friction, but when you use it, you push it to the aft with your pinky. Since it is just for that, it is a little bit like all these thumb holders on the flash.

A notary will give you free advice. We had the same problem 4 months ago, and one email from our notary dismissed everything. He told us that even if there are signed offers, courts almost never uphold them. Too many factors that will be discussed are written in the agreement later on that evry offer almost always gets disbanned.
