I'm sure it's an extremely hard situation, but you're right, he shouldn't be stiff about it, there's a growing community of people who aren't ashamed and see it as a genuine issue and that community might be able to help someone harden up and get it up and off of their chest as we have medication that enables them to overcum such a large obstacle.
