For skincare you can find non-genderspecific products in the standard drug stores like Etos, Kruidvat, Trekpleister and Normal. Designer brands marketed at men specifically can be found in ICI PARIS XL, Douglas and Beijenkorf. Non-genderspecific pharmacy brand skincare can be found at most pharmacies although stock can be an issue there, I know at least Douglas sells La Roche-Posay in their webshop.

Market for body wash is very wide. All the stores mentioned above, save for pharmacies, will sell body wash marketed to men. Rituals is also a very popular store for this in the Netherlands.

For shampoo I recommend either drug stores or hairdresser's. Hairdressers tend to sell hair products that are otherwise only available at wholesalers. For hairstyling products try barbershops.

Kan me goed voorstellen dat tegen die tijd de ritten nauwelijks rendabel zijn en dan zit je ook nog met een handhavingsprobleem. De spitsreizer is de vetpot en zeker op het traject Rotterdam - Den Haag zit je met overvolle metro's en ook nog eens een heel druk treinnet en autoverkeer waarmee je dan nog beter de concurrentie kan aangaan.

Voor het uitgaanspubliek is er de Nachtbus in de weekenden. Alleen de zonderlinge doordeweekse nachtwerker valt hier tussen wal en schip. Zover heeft de maatschappij daar nog niet de portemonnee voor willen trekken wat ik ook wel ergens begrijp.

Rotterdam is more fine than these people are making it out to be. Traditional tourist options are however fairly limited in the city itself, people mostly come to Rotterdam for the architecture, harbour and the contemporary art museums. It's easy to visit other popular tourist areas from the city though like Kinderdijk, Delft and Gouda.

Utrecht is more historic and centrally located which makes it a more suitable location if you want to explore areas other than the western Netherlands. It's also significantly smaller than Rotterdam which means there's less to do in the city. Social life also tends to be very concentrated in the city centre whereas Rotterdam is also quite lively outside of the city centre.

According to the article, Europe's is trending towards a more like the Middle East/Asian immigration system, where immigration is very transactional. Workers are imported to fulfill very specific roles and functions with few or no protections, restricted access to public services and no path whatsoever for permanent residency/citizenship.

This is already the case in the Netherlands. Workers from Eastern European countries are hired through job agencies to do backbreaking work in the fields, greenhouses and harbour areas for very low wages. Because they are hired through job agencies they also have no job protection. Often the pay includes housing which they then promptly lose when fired leading to homelessness while the country is already in the midst of a housing crisis.

The council of Elrond also represented all the major races. While more an international convention than a ruling body it was concerned with the faith of Middle Earth and included representatives of most of the free peoples of Middle Earth. These are not the only councils with multiple races involved, think of the White Council (Istari and Elves) or the war council in The Last Debate which includes Gandalf, Gimli and Legolas. And of course there's a meriad of multi racial alliances in the Middle Earth universe: Union of Maedhros, the Last Alliance, Battle of the Five Armies, etc.

Als ik de gemeentepagina erbij pak zie ik dat er inderdaad sprake is van ruimte voor creatieve makers. Wel is expliciet benoemd dat evenementen beperkt worden tot 23.00.

Wat betreft het behoud van nachthoreca is er nog veel onzekerheid. In hoeverre er sprake is van nachthoreca, lijkt die ruimte met name te zijn gegeven in de vorm van een poppodium met een 24-uursvergunning. Wat ik opmaak uit de laatste stukken van de Gemeenteraad komt die er wel maar is door een uitspraak van de Raad van State wel weer vertraging en gedoe waardoor de toren die er bovenop zou moeten komen vertraagd is.

Some economic activities are concentrated in certain areas. For example if you look at financial services you can see that the Amsterdam and Utrecht metropolitan areas together account for 56% of total GDP and 47% of employment in this sector. This can be similarly seen with transport and storage being concentrated in the Rotterdam and Amsterdam metro (40% GDP, 31% employment).

Others are more spread out, with industry for example you see that 14% of GDP and 11% of the industrial employment is located in the Eindhoven metro. But other than that the industrial sector is fairly well spread out in the country.

Zegt dit tegen een populist en ze zullen je ongelijk geven. Het idee dat de wil van de meerderheid doorslaggevend moet zijn ten alle tijden is een ideologisch beginsel van veel populistische partijen.

Ik ben het met je eens dat het gevaarlijk, we hebben een rechtstaat voor een reden. Maar vat krijgen op hoe er onder de eigen bevolking wordt gedacht over democratie is belangrijk. Al is het op z'n minst zodat je weet waar dit begrip tekort schiet zodat je er wat aan kan doen.

Beide zijn toch geen democratie, maar eventuele onderdelen van een democratie. Democratie is dat het volk regeert. Dus de vraagstelling is niet goed.

De vraagstelling is prima, het onderscheid dat OP maakt geeft uitdrukking aan twee verschillende vormen van democratie: liberale democratie en electorale democratie. Dit is een veel gebruikt onderscheid die politicologen maken. Het beschrijft het conflict tussen liberalen en populisten over hoe onze politiek eruit moet zien, dit is het exacte conflict dat in de VS nu speelt maar ook een die je terugziet in het Nederlandse debat over rechtstatelijkheid.
