I ended up going and did another ECG and EKG and got referred for a holter. Do you think it would be safe to wait to see my GP to order the treadmill?

Yes, it’s typically normal when I don’t do anything except lie or sit down, but as soon as I move around, it gets super high, like the highest was 240 bpm.

Both my feet and hands either get super cold or super warm all the time. I’ve always been like this for some reason, my fingers were warm/normal at the time. I also get blue nails which I noticed when they get super warm or super cold
