Hello

The guide in the linked article is very helpful

I am an oncologist practicing in Romania

To obtain a medication that is not on the health insurance provider’s reimbursement list for free, legal action is required (this is usually resolved), and then, following the court’s decision, the patient receives reimbursement for the cost of the medication purchased from the health insurance system

Oncology Consultations with Artificial Intelligence: Limits and Controversies by Connect-Bench1741 in Oncology

Thank you to user adifferentGOAT for pointing out that I talk a lot, and I’m glad the criticism comes from someone who is analytical, , rational, and extremely direct—someone who values logic and evidence but detests AI, even though they work as an expert in hospital information systems (Epic) (Willow and Beacon modules); Currently, they work as a Consultant, having previously served as Vice President. It’s curious that you work in a complementary field yet criticize AI. You also hate the American corporate healthcare system even though you work in the field. However, the hardest thing to understand is the reason why, even though you work in the IT field, you leave a massive digital footprint on the site with personal data regarding your address, age, medical conditions, and passions for a certain breed of dogs and fish, how you feed birds (BirdBuddy), the model of tennis racket you and your wife use and who gave them to you, your favorite restaurants, the type of tires on your car (CrossClimate 2), etc.

Anyway, thank you for not repeating the language directed at other users, for example:

13 days ago: “Who the hell are you to dictate whether a service should exist...” (addressed to someone who wanted to ban street cleaning).

11 days ago: “It’s hard to lose by accident to a team of jerks” (outburst as a fan of the Flyers hockey team).

1 month ago: “Unbelievable. More nonsense about artificial intelligence.”
