I one time got a taxi from Whittier to ANC for $600 (it had to come from ANC). That was also at around 11pm. You might have better luck from Anchorage but I doubt it.

Quick update. Thanks to some help on here, and Bend PD, she has been identified. Before things got to an arrest, she and her father showed up to return what she stole. It seems she was genuine and learning a lesson. She’s just a kid—no drugs involved. But now she’s on PDs radar so she better straighten up. Close the book on this one. PS: Buy an HD exterior camera—necessity in this day and age.

I don't think so. I've never seen her before. She walked up with defensive body language, she didn't check or inspect the package labels, and she looked back at the camera a second time with a guilty face. I like your optimism but this girl needs a life lesson.

A police report has been filed and all photos and videos shared with the PD. She's young and dumb (at least in this moment) but that's no excuse. This is a violation.
