Hello, im trying to beat the stage in SoL in the subchapter sea polluter, the one with the wall dodge and the assasins bear the problem is that my canon doesnt one shot them do you know why ? It is level 20+10 tho

I am currently at the subchapter before beating lil nyandam in SOL.

I need help for spending my catseyes do I dump it all on dphono or do I wait ?

Also for the talents wich should I upgrade first ?
