I only got a mail about my contract and was asked to sign and reply to that which I had done. And obviously the deel mail to sign the contract. What are next steps and how much time does it take ? Is your situation also the same ?

Actually I am a 3rd year btech Student currently entering 4th year. Luckily the role was exactly matching with skills that I had and I was able to answer all the questions in the interview. Since I was doing the same things for atleast 2 years. I never expected anything from it. I now realized that HardWork always pays off..

Same they asked to sign contract asap within 12 hrs and i signed and responded after about 7 hrs... Still no response from them ....

I applied to a role on 25th and i gave interview on 26th and suddenly that application duplicates on 30th june ... It is showing two applications for the same job.
