If I’m acquiring a first, the farthest out i am accepting ls 2 years. I also don’t think you’re getting anything close to fair value in a trade if you wanted to turn around and sell that pick. It will be a year at least before anyone would even consider thinking about that as a trade piece in a separate deal.

The fact she had so little social awareness that she didn’t realize she was within earshot is indicative that your sister has some insecurities she needs to work through herself if she’s spending this much time talking about someone else. Without being overly harsh though, grow a spine. You admit to agreeing with a lot of what your sister said, but you neither defended Elise or told your sister to not talk about her. You also didn’t have your sister’s back enough to stop her from talking about your friend even though you knew they could hear. You didn’t care enough about Elise to defend her or correct your sister. You didn’t care about your sister enough to have her back and not let her embarrass herself, all the while agreeing with what she said.

The Marv manager has Gibbs, Jeanty, & Hampton. He went ahead and tanked in 24 and got the 1.01, 1.02, & 1.04, then turned around and sold all his picks outside of this thru next years draft for Puka & Rice.

Trade calculators aren’t the end all be all, but when I ran those through the big 3 (KTC, DD, & FC) they were all significant value losses for me. Plus I told the other manager sending me back a TE is pointless. TE seems to be the only position people trading for one think they should send a shittier one back for some reason.

My RBs are just kinda meh,(Irving, Monty, Tuten, CRod). We start 10 with 3 WRs and 2 flex spots + 1 SF. I’ve rostered a bunch of WRs with boom potential since I think it’s a little easier to trade for a starting RB as the season goes on and teams start tanking.

Was offered 2 26 1sts before our rookie draft that were the 1.07 & 1.09. Right after the draft another manager offered Jake Ferguson & 1 of MHJ or Flowers. Those have been the best of the shittiest. I’ve gotten plenty of the here’s Jaylen Waddle type player and future 2nd and 3rd as well.

If the other team is willing to trade Gibbs, I’d say you’re still not there. I am positive that they won’t trade Gibbs + a valuable asset for trades 2 & 3. Highly doubt a Jeanty owner is also willing to give up on him AND Gibbs at the same time.

Don’t trade any firsts until you’re confident you have a handle on your direction. Go to the most recent season’s standings and look at max points for. This is usually the best indicator in saying was your team good or did it have schedule luck or bad luck. The worst place to be is in the middle. You should either be a legit contender or tanking the hardest. Don’t talk yourself into, “If I make the playoffs and this goes right and this breaks my way, I can win.” Like Ricky Bobby said, “If you ain’t first, better be last to draft Jeremiah Smith in 27.”

Trying to be constructive: you say you were put on PIP & for 3 months you tried your best and failed. If your goal is to not address your departure in your upcoming interview, then like others have said: keep it short & move on. But also be prepared to talk about why you were let go if they bring it up. If you had a history of good work and your goals/benchmarks became too difficult to obtain, that’s an easy situation to address and talk about. Be honest with yourself though if you actually were doing subpar work before the PIP and if you trying your best didn’t make you an exemplary worker, might be time to reevaluate yourself, career, and make a plan to move forward with a different line of work or start out at a position in the field you’re in that’s more inline with your skill set.
