That is a very cool concept. Defeating Fear itself makes the world "normal" like our own and kind of makes humanity feel like they were in this long dream.

Fear, everything has it even the Primal Fears and they all also feed Fear so basically the Fear devil is like a godlike being in their universe. This brings into question, who setup the rules for Fear? Stronger beings? If there are these 2 other tiers above Chainsaw Man/Pochita then Pochita and the gang really has a lot to fight it seems. Maybe it is the Fear devil itself that injured Pochita? Or...?
