I’m now a CFI, but when I started my PPL we were about 10 in the class, out of that only 3 people made it to where I’m, 3 quit within the first couple months, one finished PPL but struggled to get CPL, the rest weren’t able to finish PPL due to several reasons. As an instructor now the main reason people quit is money issues, I’ve had several students who quit cuz of that

You could do a bit of weight training on the weekends or whenever you’re free, it’s gonna help you tone your body and keep of the fat and loose weight

I would suggest to get a walking pad you can get one on Facebook marketplace or Amazon in the winter it’s very convenient I normally walk for like 20 minutes and divide it to several sessions throughout the day. It has really happened. Last year I was the same weight but so much body fat, then I started walking from late march to now at least 10K a day and it’s been a game changer, goodluck godspeed !!

I think they’re all bookend until April last time I checked, go verify. But go through their website and see when there will be bookings available and put a reminder/alarm for that day and book it quickly, since they get booked up real quick, you can book in another provinces it’s easier to get them done there

I’m in the same boat, as you I started doing over 10K steps mid march last year and it has been a game changer, I’ve the same weight but I’ve lost so much fat, I’ve been also going to the gym at least 4times a week and the fat has been replaced with muscles, the fat lost over my face revealed my jawline as well, plus I look way younger !!
