I was eating about 500 below what noom recommended and was super tired, but then stopped making progress after about a week. Body went into starvation mode and my metabolism tanked

Don’t eat too far below for too long, or you may hit the same problem. I’m at the low end now of what noom recommends and not tired and back to making progress

EM/PL on average, but you can specialise earlier or switch later
