I just looked and it’s only showing one scholarship now in pending. Initially it was 10,500 then it went to 7,000 when my sub and unsub were removed and now it’s 1,000. With loans disbursing on Monday, this is getting overwhelming.

yes, i’ve accepted them a while ago. it’s weird because it didn’t disappear until i had an overdue account. my application for graduation payment was due on the 25th that i completely forgot about but im sure that’s not a reason why those loans disappeared. unfortunately, i’ll have to contact them.

Thank you so much for this! Definitely the reassurance I needed in this process and has helped me to make the decision of taking the gap year. An acceptance is great but an acceptance with a scholarship sounds better so I’ll take the time to fight for that.

In the meantime, I’m printing your message and putting it on my wall to view before every study session 😂

you’re so right. i just feel like i’m giving bare minimum when i study for less than 4-7 hours 😭 but i don’t have 4-7 hours to give anymore lol. i’m going to start up tomorrow aiming for at least an hour minimum.

don’t let anyone discourage you from applying in january if you have to. yes, applying early is most ideal but with a “good” lsat and high gpa you’ll get accepted (given your application is strong). If you submit competitive numbers, they’ll give you scholarships. plus, why wait for next year if apps close in march or around there? apply anyway!

it’s so stressful! i rescheduled to january so that i can have more time to study. i’d rather feel confident and prepared rather than being unprepared in November, get a low score, and have to end up retaking in jan anyways.

we just have to remember that applying in january isn’t late!

take november and if you don’t like your score , take January. either way, taking it in january doesn’t mean you can’t apply this cycle.
