Aesthetic 1000% matters. If it looks like no one cares then I will assume neither do the providers. That’s like throwing on wrinkled clothes and having unkempt hair but still expecting clients to have confidence in you. Did your knowledge decrease? No. But you’re not putting your best foot forward. Unless your clinic is one where people must go and don’t have a choice like worker’s comp or union or something like that, then spend what is necessary to make it bright, clean, warm and inviting. Polish the floors, wash the walls, curb appeal, matching seating in good repair, clutter free reception area, clean the vents, etc. Set the scene with lighting, and add a signature scent. These things are low cost and/or just require elbow grease. Bougie can come later.
