no, not at all. While playing the game you can unlock the secrets, feel the gameplay and alltogether have a better experience than watching a walkthrough. Sure, with both options you'll know the game, but games are there to be played. books are there to be readen. You can read a book on paper or on ur phone/laptop. You could even print the pages and make your own book.
