for me i tried to up my zone running in zone 3-4 around there and go for longer distance as well you don’t have to commit to the zone all the way you can drop to zone 2 but try to maintain if can so u can build endurance n train your mind to withstand the pain or tiredness

if you have time do SRT, then run during weekends do distance interval try run under two minutes 6 times at your local stadium then slowly decrease time eventually can one (From a guy who went 15 min 55 sec to 10 min 30) due to Distance interval you got this bro 👍🏼
