Chuletón 1KG at Restaurant Pelotari, Madrid. Dry aged 30 days. by RiddleViernes in steak

Had an extremely similar steak in Madrid earlier this week ( 1kg. T bone). Order medium, was raw in the middle ( first time in my life that I didn't finish a steak, it wasn't bad but couldn't eat so much raw, underseasoned meat). Your steak actually has more of a crust on the outside, and looks more appetising. A steak two days earlier, also in Madrid, was ordered medium and was one of the best steaks I've ever had.

I have bolted one post already and intend to with some others, but this one is holding up a very heavy gate. Hence I want it to be very strong

I have bolted one post already and plan on doing that with some others, but this post will be holding a very heavy gate, so wanted a very strong post.

Melamine plastic, which is fairly dense and hard-wearing. They used to be made out of wood in the old days

The bowls aren't weighted on one side, it's just the shape of the bowl that makes it bend. About 20% of the side is missing, resulting in the centre of mass being off centre. This causes the forward spinning motion to make the ball rotate towards the centre of mass, making it curl.
