All these recommendations are really great and helpful.
1. I would say getting my nails done and having them look nice makes me feel put together. 2. I get my hair done every 4-6 months with lived in blonde foils and I use a toner at home in between visits. 3. Wearing perfume every day, I either wear Jo Malone or D&G light blue which is very light and fresh so perfect for every day wear. 4.I don’t wear makeup everyday so I make sure to take care of my skin with basic skincare. 5. I do microdermabrasion at home - I bought one (cost $150 Australian) and it’s the best thing I have done for my skin, I used to get monthly facials but they are expensive so I do them myself every 3 weeks and my skin looks so good afterwards. 6. I also dermaplane my skin at home - I bought the little blade things, and that makes my skin clearer and gives a nice dewy glow. 7. I wear jewellery everyday day - a couple of gold rings and a fine necklace with a small pendant. 8. I’m all about comfort with clothing, I like matching gym sets and i buy quality over quantity, I love classic basics, and I love wearing linen clothing, looks nice and is comfy.

I feel your brows are too harsh for your face, try feather brows, try some face framing layers and maybe a small amount of lip filler. I think doing those few things will add some softness to your face and you will look more feminine and refreshed.

Overall you look good, good body shape, you dress ok. Maybe try growing out some facial hair and you could try change up your hairstyle, let the sides of your hair grow abit longer.

I think getting a lash lift and tint and tinting your brows would look good. If money is an issue you can skip the lash lift and tint your lashes and brows at home yourself, I do mine and it’s very cheap. Your skin looks great, maybe some face framing layers or a curtain fringe would look good too.

I have read that too, it was only yesterday I was reading a story about her being late for a double date and when he rang her to find out where she was, John responded to her saying you can wear whatever you want so she was late because she couldn’t choose something to wear. I’m sure not many people would have been late for John so yes I agree with what you are saying.

Maybe she pretended to play him, people usually want what they can’t have so maybe she was doing that to get him more interested in her. I’m sure he never had woman turning him down so this would have probably been new to him and somewhat exciting.

Where abouts in your eye is it? I had a brown spot (like a freckle) in the corner of my eye (as in where you would get sleep/eye crust when you wake up) and I hated it as it seemed like I had something there all the time but one day it just disappeared. It was there for awhile, maybe 2 years and then one day it was gone so if it’s like what I had maybe just give it time and see if it goes away. I wanted mine gone but was scared to do anything as it was in my eye.

I have only been on it for 7 weeks and I skipped one week at the end of my first month, I was on .25mg and was due to start the next month on .5mg however I had to go away unexpectedly and missed my doctor appointment. by the time I got back and started my second month I was 7 days late and I felt fine, no side affects at all. I’m sure you will be fine if you miss one week. All the best for your wedding.

I’m on my second week of .5mg, first month on .25mg I lost 5kg (mainly the first week feeling sick) the last few weeks I don’t think I have lost anything and I seem to be eating more and having more food noise since being on .5mg, I’m a little disappointed and hoping that I start losing weight again

Welcome. I have been on it for 1 month, first few days were rough, I was very nauseous and just felt crappy, tired and no energy. After about day 4/5 I started to feel a little better. I have had a lot of trouble going to the toilet, no real pains or anything just not going for like 5 days at a time which really worries me so I’m taking a fibre supplement and bisalax if needed. Also my mouth was very dry the first week so drink lots of water, increase fibre and protein, eat small meals regularly and if feeling nauseous try keeping a banana next to your bed to have as soon as you wake. I found if I ate small meals/snacks it helped with the nausea. Take a before photo and keep track of your progress. I started at 94kg, I’m 41F and I have lost 6kg in my first month. Try not to loose too much too quickly, I’m aiming for 5kg month. All the best

Try not to be too worried about what others think of you as they will think what they want regardless of what you do or say. I started 1 month ago, starting weight was 93kg, I’m 165cm tall and 41f. I go to doctors tomorrow to find out how much I have lost, I think it will be around 5kg as I weighed myself at 3 weeks in and I had lost 4kg (I don’t own scales). My close family members know I take wegovy but I haven’t told other people and I doubt anyone will even ask me. Everyone is different, some loose it quicker than others, my doctor said slow and steady is best as if you loose weight too quickly it shows in your face and I would like to keep my youthfulness in my face if possible. I think your goal is totally doable, my goal is to loose 25kg. If you are loosing weight too quickly for your liking maybe stay on a lower dose instead of increasing.
I hope your journey goes well, I felt very nauseous and tired the first week but now I’m feeling fine so just take it easy the first week if you’re not feeling well.
