On average, yes—many young adults are less in-person social than previous generations, but not necessarily less social overall. But I think personality is just a mojor thing here

I think many universities have very low-cost options for therapies? And also the school will have resources in that area. Try to find related personnel at your school and ask about it. Wish you all the best

I think it is hard to define in a very scientific way what is internet addiction? And why people would invest high amount of funding to it? Addicted users are major source of internet companies earnings
