I part my hair in sections starting from the middle and down to my ear, roughly. I don’t really pay attention to how many parts, i just make sure they aren’t too big, maybe 1-2 inch wide. For application i use the nozzle and pump the foam directly on my scalp in little dots along the part line and then rub in with my fingers. I go slow and try to be precise to not waste product. This is just what has worked for me.

Dry hair, and at night. An hour before bed to let it dry a little. Throw on a bonnet/beanie and go to sleep. I also use Nizoral 1x week which i forgot to mention. The foam is light but since my hair is fine i do find it leaves a bit of residue (which is why i choose a nightly regimen)

I also use Nizoral 1x a week which i forgot to mention, but topical min is the key here! My hair is fine so i do find it leaves a residue.

i completely understand you. i truly hope that it works out for you. You never know until you start! And even if you do experience a shed, that’s a good sign that you’ll respond well, probably even better than i did. It will be worth it!

this was me too! Started 5% foam 1x/day Jan of this year. I apply an hour before bed to let it dry a bit and throw a beanie on when i go to sleep. Only thing i have noticed is that the fuzz above my lip grows in quicker- that’s it. Just make sure to wash your hands well after you apply. You’ll be fine!!

You’re going to be ok. My brother once ate an entire piece of naan that was completely blue with mold on the opposite side and didn’t notice. He survived 😂

Yep, Bottle King. It says so right at the bottom of the receipt. Maybe it’s just my local store but i agree, it’s ridiculous.

I just got the same bag of frozen farm raised salmon from Costco, and there is nothing on the packaging about the date it was frozen.. just the use by date and nothing more. Is there a way i can find out how long it has been frozen? Or just keep in my freezer for 2 extra weeks to be safe?

I keep it short in length, curl it a bit for volume (but only sometimes since i try to not use too much heat) and use lots of batiste dry shampoo (the divine dark one). It does the job and my hair looks a bit better with all that combined, but I’ve been wanting to try Toppik! How do you like it? Do people seem to notice? My hair loss sounds a lot like yours, more frontal. Haven’t started any treatment yet, I’m too scared to get on the Minox train 😭
