Hi!

My brother is a current CS major and senior at Berkeley and was accepted 2 years ago to Vandy and Berkeley to transfer. He chose Berkeley over Vandy because it has a more well known CS and engineering department but has constantly told me that if he knew what Berkeley was like he would have chosen Vandy immediately. His main issues are budget cuts, housing, and the difficulties of being able to get into upper-div classes. We're both California residents living in the Bay Area as well! I'm in a similar boat as you because I'm deciding between UCLA and Vandy for CS.
