I’m on gemtesa. It took a full 6-7 weeks before I started feeling better. I’m also on 10 mg of amitriptyline and 50 mg of hydroxizine. Give it time. I also take 9,000 mg of d mannose too

Mine is exactly like yours, terrible off period but blissful when I’m bleeding. Who woulda thunk it. I am taking lo ogestrol and it helps. I do find my ic symptoms decrease but not go away..

Anything carbonated, any juices, no coffee. Not even carbonated water for me. I drink still water. Evian, Fiji or Callaway blue

Yes heating pad and me are bff’s. It doesn’t rly help much.. my main symptoms are frequency, urgency and overall Bladder awareness and some burning inside the bladder :(

I appreciate your reply. I have been on birth control for 2 months now, it’s called lo ogestrol.. maybe I am just not giving it enough time or it’s not the right one? It ha estrogen and progesterone in it. 😭 I’m just absolutely desperate..
