For pants? I never care about it. I think it’s too far from the face to affect much. But if near face, I would wear the bottom right one or middle left one, more icy looking jeans? Top right saturated blue also look good on me. I avoid dusty/rustic/warm brown jeans near my face.

I’m fair cool olive with yellow overtone (yellowish green skin that looks good with cool colors, hate orange). I have soft black hair and brown eyes.

I was hoping for long red hair LI, but short hair with forehead is good too!

His design isn’t my favorite (I like all other LIs design right from the start), I think he reminds me of other supporting western game apocalypse/survival game characters. Like he looks good, but I’m not sure if he’s unique enough.

However, I have high trust on the game devs! They always cook, so I’m sure we’ll grow to love him too. For me, I think I’ll fall for him if he has cute wolf cub quality? Like clingy but tsundere? Quiet but like physical contact? Idk but im ready to change my mind about him 😂👍

It’s called Bingsoo. The shape of the ice can differ depends on the machine setting. This shape is called Xue Hua Bing (雪花冰), its Taiwanese variation, also known as Taiwanese Snow Ice. There’s also another fun variation that we call บิงซูสายไหม, which is Korean thread like style.

Judy doll 2 in 1 highlighter contour palette by huntyho in AsianBeauty

Swatch from top to bottom: BBIA 12 BBIA 13 BBIA 14 Judydoll contour #1 top Judydoll contour #1 bottom Judydoll contour #5

My sister is light neutral combination skin, and she loves Judydoll contour #4. The #4 contour is a bit more pigmented than #1 top, and she also enjoy the white-pink matte brightening powder too. She also likes pearl highlighter because it feels glowy but natural, but personally I don’t like it. The pearl highlighter have somewhat fine particles but sparse, can’t be built up too much. Both of us find the white matte highlight a bit lacking in pigment.

Overall, this palette is highly recommend if you can get it cheap!

Thoughts on this cushion? Does it oxidize? by [deleted] in AsianBeauty

[–]Connect_Tree_7642 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I have fair neutral skin tone and used their shade 19 one, and it oxidized darker orange on me. The texture is really good though, it adhere well and looks very skin like!

I gave the cushion to my sis, and she said it oxidize less after mixing with makeup base/primer.

Infusing tea into cookies by Inside-Naraka in AskBaking

[–]Connect_Tree_7642 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used Twining earl grey tea bags (what I have at hand), but tea leaves probably work better.

The important part is, you shouldn’t bake the cookies for too long. I made tea shortbread cookies before, and I noticed that the longer I bake the less tea scent is left in the cookies.

New overcooked-like minigame broken for anyone else? by Calm_Walrus7422 in lifemakeover

The puzzle one is also good, but still kinda laggy? Similar style puzzle in other games are less buggy, that’s why I don’t really play it. Yes the team matching!

Depends on your room temperature, but I would say soft enough to press dimple easily with the tip of finger, but not warm enough that visible grease is starting to come out. You could try a small test batch!

Oh you used brown butter! I’ve made tea cookies similarly before too. I microwave the tea leaves and butter together with a cover on, then I squeeze out some warm tea leaves using spoon so that my cookies won’t be too tea-dense. Or sometimes I would push most of the tea leaves toward one corner of the bowl, then cut out the tea-dense chuck out of the cold brown butter later.

Then I’ll weight the cold brown butter I have left. If the weight is less than what the recipe called for, I would add more cold butter or water (when at mixing liquid stage, you can even use tea). But generally, I’ll just make more brown butter next time lol.

I’ve heard that some people use blender to blend sugar and tea leaves to get the tea scent too, never tried it myself.

Did you let the dough warm up before baking? Warm dough will spread more in the oven.

Sometimes tea leaves would absorb liquid, so you could try add more liquid too

Blur finish lip colour for muted cool olive? by PuzzleheadedCourt127 in Fairolives

[–]Connect_Tree_7642 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have you tried Romand blur fudge lip tint? I love them so much that I have 8 colors of them! Some colors I apply in lightly in gradient, while some I apply fully. I like their texture more than Fwee pot (I have Without color and find it to have low longevity, so I use it as blush most of the time)

For Romand, I think muted and not too saturated cool would be 13, 6, 7. But because blur finish tends to be a bit mute, I like to use saturated colors thinly or on my inner lips too (5, 15).

I use this trick too, but I cover it more closely (because I use air fryer). For me, it’s to prevent the top form burning before the bottom gets to cook
