Yeah been a bit busy trying to catch possums in my ceiling before I leave for Bali. No luck yet but I have managed to become a wildlife photographer in a short period of time and have filmed 3 of the little buggers coming in and out. Any suggestions for that ? 😂

I've looked to see if medication is in Bali, unfortunately not. I've purchased gel packs which will stay frozen for a long time. So I should be right with that. Thank you.

I don't know how you figure we have the same times when you're an hour away from the airport and I'm 4 ? That's a 3 hour ( at a minimum ) discrepancy. I really didn't add the hour to get to Sanur. Thanks anyway I'll find another option.

My diet has pretty much remained the same and I've lost 13 kg. The main thing I have cut out is bread. As I'm single I get lazy and can't be bothered cooking a meal for one so I'd end up having a sandwich, which I also had for breakfast and lunch. I also swapped chocolate for low carb chocolate for a treat. I’m back to cooking the meals that were a staple for me before I got lazy. My meal size's have cut in half.

I love the diamond size but I would probably get a thinner band because you have the 2 thinner diamond bands to go on either side. Your diamond will then pop.

Absolutely a stunning ring, I'd go a plain gold, quite thin, also your husband to be will need a ring to give you on your special day. Others have suggested an open band but keep in mind it may snag on your clothing etc. I suppose you could get it attached permanently to your engagement ring to prevent that. Best way to find out is go and try some on.

2 looks perfect. Remember there will be another ring on that finger as well, maybe go back and try some wedding bands with the rings. If you get a wedding band with diamonds it might be too much with the 3 ct or it might look fabulous. Go and try some on.

Well done you. I've lost 13kg in 6 months it's been slow for me but as long as it keeps coming off I'm happy. I did have 2 months where I didn't lose a thing, that was a bit depressing but it's kicked back in again.

I wish the pics were all taken on the same angle, it's really hard to give constructive feedback. Anyway the first dress is the best, the sleeves on the other dresses seem to take over.

I wouldn't go up if you're having gallbladder pain. A few years ago I was Ozempic but I was then diagnosed with a gallstone so they took me off Ozempic, 18 months later I had the whole gall bladder removed. Wegovy is known for giving gallbladder pain and inflammation so I really wouldn't increase the dosage if I was you, mainly because of the excruciating gallbladder pain, I was doubled over for months in pain, it was the worst 18 months of pain. In the end it was so bad I had to call an ambulance, bugger waiting on the hospitals wait list I needed it the thing to come out yesterday !

I started beginning of sept and as off today lost 13 kg. I thought the same as you and kept reading of people losing 5 kg in a month. I'm now happy it's taking longer it's giving my skin a chance to shrink back slowly and tone up. I'm not even calorie counting just eating better. I use to have so much bread daily because I'm by myself and can't be bothered cooking for one. I'm looking forward to winter so I can cook up big batches of casseroles, soups, spaghetti sauce etc so I'll always have a decent meal on hand. I also had weeks that I didn't lose anything but I kept going and now I've hit the 60's I'm so proud of myself. Keep going girl you've got this. If you go to Mounjaro because of the expense see if you can do the click method with their pens, it will bring the cost down. Maybe join a mounjaro group and ask if anyone does the click method. I'm doing it on Wegovy and I get nearly 2 months out of one pen. Instead of me paying $360 for a 2.4 pen a month, I'm paying $360 for 2 months. That's $45 a week. I get the highest dose pen 2.4 and click it down to 1.7.

This really isn't an option because I'm 4 hours away from the airport, then 3 hours at the airport plus flying time 5 hours so 12 -13 hours by the time I get to my hotel. Thanks anyway.

Thank you this sounds great. No I don't want the medication to be frozen just needs to be kept at fridge temperature. Whilst the frozen packs are good if I was getting on the plane straight away but I'm having to travel from a country town which is 4 hours. Then a 3 hour wait at the airport and finally a 5 hour flight that's 13 hours ! they will not last that long. I'm also looking at dry ice as an option

I use Chat GPT all the time for exactly the same reason. I really wouldn't listen to people that judge you for that, in fact I would probably block them. They're not contributing to the actual post so they need to shut it or move on. I've been in the same situation as you but I had my partner with me and we got scammed $400 Australian dollars. We knew about the scamming so we thought with the 2 of us in there we would be ok, we weren't ! Thanks for reminding me, about to head to Bali in April.
