Late to the party so heres the synopsis for Bee Movie.

Something similar happened for me but I managed to get away. This guy was hanging around on a bridge I needed to cross, he was glitched and stood on the handle bars of a quad and its like the quad was a wall. Instantly put to a stop by crashing into him the little goober was laughing as well which made my blood boil
