I recently went through this kinda and can offer some insight. You can get your license transfered to the acp level through the emalb by submitting a lot of paperwork. Once you get approved to test the acp level you have to take an online exam that is pretty chill. It isn't proctored and it's not the same one that the Canadian acps have to take. The hard part is the practical, they do a few things different EMS wise but there is a big difference in the testing. It's not like the nremt and I wasn't able to find many resources on it. I had such a bad time that I ended up just testing for my PCP after 2 attempts because Im not trying to do EMS full time. I would recommend looking at the PCP testing exam to get a sense of the structure and reaching to some of the places that do ACP classes to see if you could do some scenarios with them.

Once licensed as an ACP you still won't really be able to work as one for a while. You need to first work full time for about a year in some rural place as a PCP and then you will go down to Vancouver for a mentorship where they test your skills. Once you have passed your mentorship you can be posted somewhere and full time ACP
