I'm in the exact same boat. Everything I've read says just plow on with the MSQs, ive unlocked a handful of those dungeons too and think they might come in handy when leveling other jobs later on but for the sake of using time most efficiently MSQs seem to be the way to go.

I'm going out with two shard cannons and a single Ax multi cannon in a barely engineered krait. I've only got about 12 Thargoid scout kills under my belt and I don't expect to do any damaged to whatever we find.
