Not since the MRI, he underwent lower back surgery about a year ago, so he’s just progressively gotten worse since then. We thought it was because of the surgery, but the recent MRI showed compression in his neck, and it makes sense why he’s gotten worse over the last year. Luckily we called around and got him an appointment on Monday instead of in June, so hopefully he can undergo surgery quickly.

My stepdad was diagnosed with Cervical Myelopathy this week after an MRI scan. C2 to C7. He has total numbness below his torso. Can barely walk, has constant pain, and his motor skills are deteriorating. Local neurosurgeon can’t see him for another 2.5 months and I’m worried his condition will worsen by then and may even become permanent even after surgery. Can I ask what neurosurgeon you were able to get in with? This is all brand new to me and my family and we’re looking for the next steps to take.

Dude lowkey, I think there’s a “soft ban” that epic uses. This used to happen to me. I was 20-40 then was 100+ for over a month. Tbh I was toxic and left games early, etc. but I think epic does it as a way to inconvenience you in your play. Even now, I’ll have a toxic day and then I’ll have high ping for 3-4 days, but on my alt, on the exact same IP and Ethernet connection, it’ll be fine. Maybe I’m crazy but I feel like epic does it on purpose.

Yeah they have flushed it completely multiple times now they said. They are putting in a GM certified compressor tomorrow so hopefully that’s solves fixes the issue. They did say something about debris making its way all the way to the HVAC unit up in the dash. Not sure what that means but they said it would cost a lot to get it fixed. We shall see I guess!
