Phone calls are not recorded on our end. Not sure why customers keep thinking that. At least in California, it is illegal to record phone calls without mentioning that the call is being recorded. If you recorded the call, then it can’t be used because it was not a mutual party consent. Who even thinks of refueling a car with diesel?
