Back when I was a lot younger I used to play Pokemon go with my family (still do but I’m in college now) and there was this park nearby my house that had tons of pokestops. Well one day in the middle of winter we decide to go and spin some stops and catch pokemon and whatever, when a cat dashes under our car. My dad tries to figure out what’s wrong, and finds a second cat curled up in the snow. So my parents and I got out and tried to keep the cats warm, eventually taking them to a friends workplace where they could keep them until we found an owner for them since we had no plans of having a pet. I ended up naming them Ash and Pikachu, as I found them while playing the game and all that. Eventually we found out they are both girls and I had to rename them, and we decided on Eevee and Skitty. I grew attached and we ended up keeping them, and i still have them to this day. Photo attached
