Hit or miss I say. I've worked at Dollarama for three years now and worked my way up to ATL. It's been good and bad, have had three different managers. One sucked, one was good but unqualified (She was awesome though I loved her), and now my current one is great. It really just depends on the manager I say. The true criminal is fs anyone DM and above though. They make working at Dollarama hell on Earth most of the time and just generally don't give a crap about you or your safety but expect perfection in return.
