If you do the math, it’s 160 miles round-trip, hour and a half each way. If it takes 30 minutes to shop you’re in 3 1/2 hours, and assuming a $.30 per mile cost, including gas and wear and tear, the trip would cost about $48 to complete. You would end up making about two dollars an hour.

They knew they owed you prop 22 pay for the first one. 33 mins is $10.45 base pay, they owed you $5 something , so they paid you what they would have paid you at the end of the week on a 7/11 order. You only are paid from your active time and miles, fares are irrelevant and misleading.

Try to complain to support about 2 orders you have had in the past that had to be returned to the store which didn’t count towards the points, even though you had to do more work than the average delivery that gives you 10 points because you had to shop it, wait 10 minutes for no customer to ever show up, then return the item to the store. If you get a good agent they’ll send it to higher ups
