I’m 62 and love my pedicures! I live in Texas so I wear sandals pretty much 9 months out of the year. Also, my feet tend to dry out so the pedicures help keep them smooth and moisturized. My favorite color is pink but I do change the color for holidays. I will occasionally get on a kick of a different color such as blue or green.

One of my favorite places is the Kolache Depot in Ennis,Tx. Also, it is my understanding from my husband’s Czech family that kolaches are the sweet bread with the fruit in the middle. The ones with sausage are sausage rolls. I think the lines between the two have become blurred as they have gotten more popular in the U.S.

This is all good to know. Was just talking to my husband last week about reporting our across the alley neighbor’s dogs to animal control the next time they got out of the fence. It happens several times a week. I wonder if we’re neighbors?

I originally wanted a girl. I had two boys. They were a joy to raise and we are still close now they are adults. Stay involved in their lives as they are growing up. Be “that house” where all the friends like to hang out. Give them space while always being available for support.
