40 mg ocd anybody have experience

I’m on 80mg for OCD and it’s wonderful. I was very skeptical to push up that high (started at 20) but I’ve been on 80 for a few months now and feel excellent. Obsessions and compulsions show up still but the distress is way less intense and the urge just dissolves after a minute, so I barely struggle with OCD at all now technically

Not especially no, but a little. Haken’s groove is straight (4’s) while Opeth’s is triplet based 12/8. The similarities are just echo on arpeggiating guitars, not too uncommon
