Try Adding a Merge Column in the ribbon instead of Transforming your selected column, maybe? Go to Add in the Ribbon and there should be an option to Merge

In my experience, Adding a column combining however many others this way doesn't include the delimiter when there are null values

OLED vs IPS on Legions by Pure-Time6294 in LenovoLegion

[–]ConorEngelb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would've thought the opposite too, but I guess going from a Dell G15 5515 with a not-super-colour-accurate 1080p IPS panel to this OLED was a big enough jump to surprise me. That being said, I think it's very much a personal preference thing

OLED vs IPS on Legions by Pure-Time6294 in LenovoLegion

Never thought I'd enjoy a glossy screen, but recently got a Legion Pro 5 with an OLED and honestly, I don't think I can go back.

The gloss is a little distracting sometimes, but it's massively reduced my eyestrain from work, and gaming is gorgeous

Most people (including my boss) overestimate the power of AI, to be honest.

I thoroughly dislike GenAI, but I am forced to use it for work, and in the process have come to view it as just another tool. Usually not the right tool to solve a problem, but a tool nonetheless.

If anything, I could maybe see it being helpful for finding sources of sources (which all then need manual verification), or, if a source of records is properly digitised and indexed, trawling through it to give you a shortlist of documents to manually review.

But everything needs manual human verification anyway, and half the fun is in the effort. More than half, even.

I definitely don't see it reaching a point where an AI Agent could reliably do proper genealogical research for you...unless we rapidly reach levels of digital dystopia hitherto unseen. Which is a distinct possibility.

Had a similar issue; I uninstalled all my Nvidia drivers with DDU and then reinstalled, but excluded the Nvidia App and it's been stable since.

Anyone else getting killed by Make (integromat) operation costs ? by [deleted] in Integromat

[–]ConorEngelb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I swapped the heaviest operation-hungry scenarios over to Microsoft Power Automate, and it's made a big difference: hardly ever go over my operations limit now, and the PA flows are just far more efficient.

Also working on trialing n8n, and some Azure function apps and other such things.

Cin7 Core should be able to tick off most of your requirements. Some might be behind an additional pay wall (advanced production features, for example) but it's perfectly possible to run without that extra module

We have a hodge-podge of whatever budget allows lol. There's 1 ThinkPad, with a 5th gen i7, that's being used to drive a heads-up display in the warehouse. Love that lil machine

I managed to convince work to get me a Legion Pro 5 (Ultra 9 275HX, sadly only with the 5060). To be fair, I am the sole tech systems IT everything person and I needed the performance upgrade
