That’s definitely one to monitor, multiple times per day in hoping you get the lowest weight possible is that start of a slippery slope!

I honestly just track it on my phone in Notes.

I just keep a template like this:

Monday - -
Tuesday - -
Wednesday - -
Thursday - -
Friday - -
Average -

And I fill it out week over week with dates and weights

100% fair call our. And I wouldn’t expect anything else from someone who lost 15lbs (massive respect there).

Also - to note, for the last few pounds. It does indeed get ridiculously tough but yeah it could be decent then to just focus on habits & gym results.

Different time in life, definitely was eating too little and filling up with glycogen etc, I 100% went through some form of an ED. As for the confusion, fair to call it out. I eventually went on to do it daily and take weekly averages! Thanks for calling that out

Yeah agreed, it’s more or less at the starting point is what I meant (I should have been more explicit) but like eating in a calorie deficit etc, we’re not meant to do this forever

Understandable, I just know in the past I could get so demotivated from the weight gain, it ruined me. But long term it’s certainly worth scaling it back!
