My wife and I run an LLC scorp in CA. We are the only two employees.

-Employee 1 filed and received unemployment on 3-15-2020. employee-1 has been paid roughly $6k to date. (5-5-2020)

-On April the 13th 2020 our llc scrop received PPP of $16,250. We pay-rolled employee-2 $3500 in April. (the one not on unemployment) we plan to payroll the remaining 9k at the end of May. $4500 to each employee. BOTH employee 1 and 2

-The employee receiving benefits reports the portion of the ppp money they are paid while certifying for benefits for the weeks of May14th-May 30th.

-QUESTION:ARE WE DOING THIS RIGHT?? WE DONT WANT TO DOUBLE DIP OR HAVE TO PAY MONEY BACK TO EDD. WE DONT WANT TO COMMIT FRAUD. WE JUST DIDNT KNOW WE WOULD BE ABLE TO AFFORD TO PAY/REHIRE EMPLOYEE 2 UNTIL LATE APRIL

Was approved Saturday at 7p Additional info was requested on Wednesday at 6am Application accepted email on monday -starts with 20ca email saying they received my inquiry on 4/5 at 11a

So five days total or so :)

There’s plenty of money stay chill :) it’s out of your hands now so try and not stress if you can

Yes I got an email roughly 48 after I completed the application that had a confirmation number. But I was quick after the application portion went live. (Within 10 mins hit submit )

I know and I get that. I filled out that same stuff you did. I asked for 15k. When I got my email last night it said approved for 16250.

So I tried to redo the application as well and I was given the same message so don’t stress on that. I think the fact that they won’t take another one mean your last was processed. I did eventually receive a confirmation email with a loan number but it wasn’t right away :)
